Rientz Mulder is Executive Chef at RAI Amsterdam, where he leads the Kitchen department within Operations. His motto, “Only the unthinkable is impossible—just do it!”, reflects his hands-on mentality and passion for collaboration, innovation, and results-driven work. He is married to Monique and a proud father of three adult sons, all devoted Ajax supporters. His favorite holiday destination is France, where he enjoys camping, good food, and sunny weather.
