From the heat of the kitchen to the high stakes of corporate events, Lindsay Martin-Bilbrey, CMP, has spent more than 20 years blending creativity, operations, strategy, and service to design experiences that satisfy both palate and purpose. A multi-hyphenate entrepreneur and former Executive Chef, she’s led fine-dining and café operations at Hyatt, owned a multi-concept hospitality group, and advised global brands on live events and revenue operations.
Lindsay is pursuing her PhD in Business, researching how live events create both tangible and intangible value—blending emotion, engagement, and economics—and how executives and companies recognize their role in driving business growth. She’s led projects for SiriusXM, IMEX, Movable Ink, Ford Motor Company, and Smith & Nephew, and her work has been featured in The New York Times, Harvard Business Review, and BizBash 40 Under 40.
