During the pandemic, she taught cocktail classes to over 5,000 students across the globe as owner of her own business (The Cocktail Coach, LLC) and Head Mixologist of CourseHorse.com. She is a contributor to TheProduceMoms.com, serves as President of the Kentucky Society of Washington, and is a dedicated dog mom to her rescue Cairn Terrier, Lila.
Born and raised in the Bluegrass Erin has always held an affinity for her home state's signature spirit. Though a high rye bourbon will always be her favorite, she can never say no to a pretty bottle.
