Emily Thibodeau is a seasoned leader with over twenty years’ experience in the event management industry, currently serving as Vice President of Event Management at Maritz. With a career defined by strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for creating impactful experiences, Emily and her team oversee the planning and execution of over 2000 high-profile events that drive engagement and deliver results. Known for her collaborative leadership style and meticulous attention to detail, Emily leads cross-functional teams to produce events that align with organizational goals and exceed stakeholder expectations. Her expertise spans corporate conferences, high end incentives, brand activations, and large-scale productions, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and audience experience. In addition to her role at Maritz, Emily has also served the industry as the Vice President of Events & Education for SITE Midwest, among other SITE Global committee roles. Emily resides in St. Louis, Missouri where she has two daughters and in her free time enjoys doing outdoor activities with her family, trying new restaurants, and traveling to new places!
